#40 xrdp on Ubuntu 11.10 shows empty desktop

After login nothing is shown except desktop wallpaper background, (the menus and task bars are missing).

Configuration: new Ubuntu 11.10 Unity 2D installation running xrdp.

Expected result: Unity desktop with menus, taskbars, etc.
Actual result: Unity desktop wallpaper only

It seems other people are having this problem too, there is a bug filed here:

During meantime the number of users who is affected has increased on

The problem still occures with xrdp 0.6.0 and with Unity3D(2D has dropped during meantime since Ubuntu12.10 and 13.04 development)
