Hello List!

(In fact empty list at the moment!)
This list should serve as common place for announcements regarding
important changes of xrayutilities. 

This should include
* announcements of new versions with significant changes
  along with a call for user to update to the new version
* announcements of important bug-encounters and fixes
* general discussion regarding xrayutilities

The list will most probably be low-traffic!
