#6 Create spinnoff project: subsystem graph

Some of our projects already have some metrics
integrated into their build process (including PMD,
Checkstyle) etc. For these projects the subsystem graph
is the main benefit of XRadar.
It would be helpful if the subsystem graph tool would
be available as a single product (smaller download,
easier to install, easier to understand, easier adapt).
