#53 Issue with makefile while packaging this lib

While packaging this library for Gentoo I ran into an issue with html tidy not being found on my system. Specifically this line https://alarmpi.no-ip.org/gitan/mirror/XQuilla/src/branch/master/configure#L4158 is hardcoded to look for it in <prefix>/lib, but being on a 64-bit distro tidy is found in /usr/lib64 in my case. People from Gentoo linked me to this https://www.gnu.org/software/autoconf/manual/autoconf-2.69/html_node/Libraries.html but I'm not knowledgeable enough about makefiles to fix this myself.
Ideally the makefile should work on both 32 and 64 bit platforms.</prefix>
