#25 Building with Microsoft VS 2010 needs std::allocator change

XQilla 2.2.4, Xerces 2.8.0

Working with Visual Studio 2010 release candidate, the only code that wouldn't compile were places using XQillaAllocator. Evidently the new std library requires allocators to have a bool operator!=( Allocator ). So I added one function to XPath2MemoryManager.hpp's XQillaAllocator class:

That made XQilla 2.2.4 compile and link just fine on VS 2010.

(Note: XQilla runs fine in release mode on VS 2010, but I get crashes in VS 2010's checked-iterator code when running the Debug build - it crashes deep inside STL at the addCollation() line of XQContextImpl::XQContextImpl. I backed up to XQilla 2.1 and get the same error on VS 2010 as well. I haven't debugged this enough to report it as a bug, I only mention it here because I don't want to give the impression that the above single fix makes everything work perfectly on VS 2010...)

I can confirm this. I also have the crash deep inside STL at addCollation() line on calling XQContextImpl::XQContextImpl. However, wasn't able so far to figure out what the reason is...
