Added several modules (easyopt-easy command parsing, verboseout-verbosity control, timetest-code pieces speed testing), class FS2ArtProvider-file loader to ArtProvider. Added pyenv script - easy virtual environment creation. Also SVN repository moved to SFN and created site and started wiki documentation (on trac).

Library for Python, Boa constructor plug-ins.

Added setup script. Changed folder structure. Added unicode support to template plug-in.

Added modules dbg, xlogging, handlers ans some templates for codetpl.

Libs:
xlogging - provide loggers configure and change from config file at runtime (not only reset
and load new as standart logging).

Tools:
codetpl - Code template and Boa plug-in. GUI interface for templates work (select and insert).
You can youself easily adding new templates and change existing.
