#31 mysql connect error on project homepage

Several of the project pages on sourceforge are getting
the error:

Warning: mysql_pconnect(): Can't connect to MySQL
server on 'mysql.sourceforge.net' (111) in
/home/groups/x/xp/xpweb/htdocs/Lib/adodb/drivers/adodb-mysql.inc.php
on line 251

This was happening when I first found the site on
Friday, and is still occuring on Monday.
