XPN on Windows bad config location.

XPN on Windows places its config files in directory where is installed. This is completely wrong behaviour because in default install path (like on Linux for example) ordinary user doesn't have write rights. Please make by default XPN places its configs in user home dir like on for example Linux when xpn is installed with installer. For example add -d switch to created shortcut.
