#4 Header download limit ignored.

1. Click the "Preferences" icon on the toolbar.
2. Click the "Groups" icon.
3. Set "Max number of articles to download" to 100.
4. Click "OK".
5. Subscribe to a high-traffic newsgroup.
6. Around 500 headers will be downloaded, not 100.
(500 is the default value.)
