[XPlug-updates] Bugfix release

I found the bug that caused some people to not be able to get the Game List.  If 
you are upgrading, the XPlug-MIN.exe file will do for you.

I also have now remove the files from the free-soure.com server as promised.  
Anyone that is still linking to the files will now have broken links.

I am also looking for some one, or more than one some one to help take XPlug 
furthur.  I am being distracted by other projects that have grander goals (like 
phpgroupware.org) and I find that I have little time left for XPlug.  I will still 
do support and bug fixes even if I get no help so don't worry, I have no intentions 
of abandoning XPlug.
