#2 proxy setttings

It seems xplug does not take the browser settings for
proxy connection out to the web. I have implemented at
my site and know of a few other sites that use it. I
am unable to load thier or my pages from work (which
uses proxies for internet connections). I have tried
different systems in our office so its not just a bad
install on one PC.
