[Xplanet-development] Xplanet 1.0.6 is out

Changes in this version:

Markers on the far side of a planet were being drawn when
they shouldn't have been.

Satellites were not drawn for some locales.  This has been
fixed.

Added -projection random.  This picks a random projection.
