#1 Config functionality
A patch adding possibility to substitute keys in XPJ with values in a separate configuration file, for simpler user configuration of things like paths to external libraries.
Almost any string value in an XPJ file can have key like $OTHER_PROJECT_INCLUDE_DIR$, which will then be looked up in a key/value config file like yourxpjproject.xpj.confkeys. If the file does not exist or a key is existent in the XPJ file that does not exist in the config file, a warning will be printed and the file will be created/key will be added.
