I generated a VC90 solution/project and the ProgramDatabaseFile was placed in the wrong xml element in the project file. The key/value pair for ProgramDatabaseFile was placed in the VCLibrarianTool instead of the VCCLCompilerTool section.
I can provide the xpj xml project if you would like to reproduce the problem. Should I open a bug on this?
