[Xpilot-hacks] xpilot fxi version 1.4.0

Hello. Today we have released v1.4.0 of the bloodspilot "xpilot fxi"=20
server.

Notable in this is the excellent classic xpilot gameplay, flicker free=20
high fps updates and in this release, the new features:

-ships can't any more get stuck in walls
-no turnloss near walls, which improves near wall fighting
