Hello there, I just stumbled over your xPG project on Sourceforge. Since it seems to be still in an early phase, I'd like to give some input to the issue of GUI development for the client. It would be great if any GUI client would support not only J2SE platforms (like PCs, Macs, Linux-boxes etc.) but also PersonalJava / PDA platforms. Maybe you'd like to check out this cool free lightweight GUI library: http://www.zaval.org/products/lwvcl/index.html Other than "normal" lightweight Java GUI components, it implements an additional layer to abstract from the AWT, so it can be ported to non-AWT platforms too. It currently supports PocketPCs like the Sharp Zaurus or Compaq iPAQ as well. It's still pretty small (140 KB) for a GUI lib with some complex elements too (Swing-like table, tree control etc.) Regards, Marcel Schoen -- Marcel Schoen sc...@ta...
