 - Support for the special OpenPGP-CFB mode through cfb.OpenPGPParameterSpec
 - Now uses SecretKeySpec instead of DESedeKeySpec to cope with providers
   that don't have a KeyFactory for DESede (e.g., Cryptix JCE)
