#4 board creation refactoring
This will enable us to also create a map skin. The idea is to load the adjacency list from a file (CSV,XML etc.) along with coordinated to place the unit images.
Perhaps the file can also include the scale to which unit images should be scaled to.
This feature is currently in the lowest priority and is optional.
