#36 Import Export Hierarchies Props

Import/Export Folder Hierarchies and Misc. Properties.

As of now all folders are exported as a flat view and on
import the pid is automatically the current folder ID.

Also, Script type objects sometimes contain some
trailing binary on unserialize after an import.

Maybe make this a object specific event so each
Object ype can handle it individually?
