#28 Complete the Vesion Object

You need to add versioning to the global rename,
delete, and add methods.

Check if in version, then add to that version insert into
version table directly.

That version change(s) is then allowed to be viewed
by the Version owner only.

On commit or discard these version changes then are
either stored as active present data or deleted.
