The Take Ownership method and the acquire
permissions have no value in a PHPortal management
root directory. a Root folder cannot 'acquire
permissions.'

There is nothing to 'take ownerhsip' of from the root.

Therefore, both these values and optional select
values should not be present in the root folder views
at all.
