#85 Reopening a second file causes an exception

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Settings.dcb and close it.
2. Open DatabaseDefinition.dcb and close it.
3. Open DatabaseDefinition.dcb again.

An exception box pops up claiming that a different file does not exist.
