#26 Parameter record names must be identifiers

As a user of the generator I have applications where spacing and other punctuation is needed in identifiers for readability.

GenObject name attributes are expected to be well formed identifiers. This is acceptable when they represent programming language identifiers but is unacceptable in other contexts.

The main difficulty is that the output scripts do not cater for quoted strings when that is required.
