I'd love to compile xpad on Windows XP, but I don't have a clue how to
do it. I'm going to play around with it, but I was wondering if you had
any helpful, guiding tips that might save me some time/agony. Thanks.
P.S. Great software! I'm interested in compiling in on Windows because
I use it constantly on my Linux boxes. :)

The last time I looked into it, it was pretty complicated, with many
different packages you have to install. But, a lot of the hard work is
done for you at this site: http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/. That
site has packages for GTK+ and friends for Windows. There are still a
lot of packages listed there, but I don't believe you need them all.
