It was working fine for a week and then all of a sudden it did not start up automatically when I started gnome-desktop. When I tried to launch though a gnome launcher it did not comeup, but when I tried from gnome-terminal, those glibc pointer errors came up. When I finally got it to work after re-login all my data had disappeared except for the first line (title line) and only one sticky note had the data. I am wondering if this problem could happen if by mistake xpad is launched multiple times making the two instances conflict on the data files in .config/xpad. Also I have a tenancy to think this is a pointer error as the errors I got were indicating a loose pointer somewhere (i.e. using unallocated memory space possibly or a buffer overrun) I check my /var/log but I could not find anything on the xpad or glibc error for some reason.
