xowa is started with the command line :
java -Xmx256m -jar /xowa/xowa_linux.jar --app_mode http_server
the version used is the latest 2.4.2.3 (the links where certainly bad since v2.4.2.1)

Thanks for the report! This bug is similar to https://sourceforge.net/p/xowa/tickets/369/. I'll have this fixed for this Monday's release and post again when done.
