Short answer: Go to home/wiki/Help:Options/Math and change Renderer to MathJax. I believe you're set at LaTeX.
Long answer:
In this case, the problem is with the LaTeX renderer. I'm not sure how, but I'm guessing you changed the default from MathJax to LaTeX.
When I set my renderer to LaTeX, I get your screenshot. When I set it to MathJax, I get colors. See my screenshot below.
In theory, LaTeX should also work, but I'd rather not spend time on it now. Note that XOWA defaults to MathJax, since it is available natively on all operating systems (whereas LaTeX is not).
Let me know if MathJax doesn't fix it, and I'll investigate further. Thanks.
Go to zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:数学公式. It will show the same as XOWA.
MathJax hasn't implemented all of the LaTeX commands. Despite this gap, I still recommend using MathJax over LaTeX. (It uses less disk space, is generally faster, and doesn't require a separate install)
Let me know if you run across commands that are absolutely important to a page. I'll either file a bug with MathJax, or look again at getting the LaTeX issue above working.
