#258 Maintenance: Check for latest version of XOWA
As suggested by hidp123 here: https://sourceforge.net/p/xowa/discussion/general/thread/cc364bbe/?limit=25#f549
XOWA now has a link to sourceforge.net. I'll add two buttons that do the following:
1) Checks for the latest version
2) Actually copies down the latest update / app
This requires some parsing of the Sourceforge html page, as well as other app changes
