#158 Categories: categorytree tree not implemented

I've received a few reports about this, so I figured I should create a ticket for it.

CategoryTree is currently not implemented and renders only as <categorytree>.

I am planning on looking at this sometime in a v0.8.* release -- after I get hidden categories implemented.
