#46 Invert colors (on top of custom ruling)

This patch inverts the colors of the Journal.

Rationale: I prefer white text on black backgrounds on computer screens as I think it's less eyestrain. However if I write journals blackboard style (black paper, white text), then it drains your printers toner very quickly.

Thus the invert journal patch: You can happily write white text on black paper. Then if you want to print, you can "Invert journal", print, and undo-back.

NOTE: This patch is designed to go AFTER the custom ruling patch I submitted previously (otherwise it will not compile). So be sure to download them both.

Patch against 0.4.5 WITH CUSTOM RULING to invert journal colors

Here's a new redone invert colors patch.

    1. Also includes the custom ruling patch. So you get to change ruling parameters for free.

    2. This patch tries to preserve your colors when you invert. This means if you have some green text and blue text on black paper, then when you "Invert colors", you will still get green text and blue text, but on WHITE paper. Further, the intensity of green / blue will be adjusted, so the final result will be readable.

Hi - this is great. Something related to the ruling spacing would be the default paragraph spacing, so for a given font size, each new paragraph would result in text spaced to match the lines (so you could line up the text to sit on the lines)

I merged this with custom ruling, use that instead.
