#13 Margins paper style and reduced line spacing
Introduces a new lined paper style with coloured margins at the top, bottom, left and right, as well as extra lines at the top for title space. Linespacing is also reduced from 24 pts to 20 pts (also for the "lined" and "ruled" paper styles).
PDF Export has been tested and seems to work fine, but printing to a printer directly has not been tested with the new paper style, so there are no guarantees it will work as expected. Use at your own risk!
