#6 ALSA: use the sound card's sampling rates

This patch make 2 things: it use my sound card's samling rates (22050, 32000, 44100, 44100, 48000, 88200, 96000 or 192000 - they are very common rates today and even budget laptops can do them) and change the default sampling rate to 48000 Hz (also in the perl widget).
