For systems like menus, when someone is being banned from a club for example a security officer or bouncer would be able to simply with a website on a smart phone photograph someone Identification like drivers licence and upload it, where I will run it through a debain package called 'gocr' and run OCR on it with correction systems.

Passes is the same thing but for checking no one has any identification bannings or to display their blacklistings.
