when i change something in inputs.txt file, my texteditor change sometimes the apostroph sign to a similar one.... and than xoptfoil didn't recognise it...

Yes, be careful that you are not using a text editor that adds "fancy" characters when you don't mean to. I have an idea on the back burner to make a dedicated input editor for Xoptfoil, which would avoid these problems, but that may or may not actually happen.

It's working here. I think you have misspelled some other variable in the constraints namelist.
