I have been endowed with the continuing maintainence of this site and the XoopForge software, more specifically. Although our public web isn't yet running the current version, I have it running in another host, and in multiple instances. I would be very interested in all ideas for extensifying this package to support vhosts.

After Xoops RC3 was finally released today we were able to release the latest version of XoopsForge -version 2.0.3- is released as well.
Ok, what's new:

- Made completely compatible with Xoops RC3
- Finished and improved administration section
- Choose between SMTP, Sendmail or QMail as mail transport agent.
- Fixed a lot of bugs

Because i find it rather difficult to use CVS in a Windows Environment i decided to stop using CVS. Instead i will upload each "cvs commit" in a zip/gz/bz2 file to the Sourceforge ftp space.
XoopsForge is a SourceForge-clone and is build on top of the Xoops Content Management System (http://xoops.sourceforge.net). Xoops provides a stable and well thought basis to build on.
XoopsForge will be usefull for small businesses as well for large businesses.
