[Xoopsforge-users] Will this run on it's own?

Greetings,
  I've downloaded XoopsForge. I've looked the code over pretty carefully.
But it appears to need more than that which came in the archive.
There are many calls to a file named: mainfile.php
Yet I can not find this file anywhere. So I was wondering if this
is a "stand alone" PHP application/site, or a Xoops /add-on/.
