Hi,

Well, thats a hard one. Currently each Artifact is linked to its tracker by
a tracker id in the artifact table. If you want to have the same artifact in
multiple trackers you can either duplicate the artifact and link it a second
tracker... or you need to rebuild the entire Artifact structure to allow
that.
