Xoopsforge cannot be installed on a Xoops Version 2
base. There are several Problems caused by
dependencies on Xoops v1.

Attached is my version of isntall.php which works on a
Xoops v2.0.3

btw: just solves the installation. Afterwards there
are "not authorized" messages... (but that's another
story)
