In XUGJ, GIJOE posts useful patches for 2.1.2 unfixed bugs and new bugs. Because these patches are not big, I think that's no problem even if we will commit these patches to HEAD.
RC is important test and easy test for end-users. If his patches will not be applied to HEAD this time, clear bugs will not be fixed in the release archive for 1 month and greater. I can keep enough free time to commit them and make an archive in this time.
The project has more one week for release of the stable version. So it's a good time to release 2.1.2 RC.
