#87 Spell checking using speller pages

Attached is an additional library (speller pages,
http://spellerpages.sf.net this is LGPL so that might
be a problem, I'm not sure. ) and and some code to
interface it with footer.php to put a spell checker on
each page that has a text area, I could not find the
place to put the code to make it show up in the admin
area though. The spell checker does require aspell
installed on the server so not every one can use it.
