Had to reattach patch file, there were a couple of url
references that were designed for my copy of xoops,
corrected the urls to standard design.

updated the patch with a change to the xoops_array_push
function, allowing it to accept multiple arguments instead of a
single argument.

manual changes were made to the patch file, so be careful if
using an automated method to patch the files, dunno if my
manual changes will screw up anything.
