#191 Missing index.html files (84 as I count)

Here is an archieve with same archietecture as the original archieve though missing everything BUT the missing index.html files. Ready to upload via ftp (I already did).

The index.html files is a copy-paste from the original in the Xoops 2.3.3 folder.
