for the Warning about xoops_lib being inside DocumentRoot!, please add a check  box with "Don't show it again", so user wont' see it again, once he checks this on

This should be added in 2.5.6 (which will come anyway) and in future
releases. No one of the modules maintainers uses it except GiJoe and it's
Protector, and looks like GiJoe is not doing anything for xoops anymore.
