[Xoops-development] The admin menu.

Hi everyone.

I have some progress in providing an alternative administration menu. I made a 
post to the xoops.org forum about it. I would like some feedback about this 
change, if it could become eligeable for inclusion in xoops???

You have to replace include/cp_functions.php with the new file and delete your
