#384 protector should exclude webmasters

Currently protector will ban even webmasters if they do something wrong.
eg: if webmasters open too many pages protector block them as bad crawlers.

I think they should be an option to exclude all webmasters actions like below:
exclude these groups for any actions: webmasters , registered users, ...
