#240 module installation using zip file

I just learned from websitebaker (simple opensource
cms, www.websitebaker.org), they use zip for module
installation.

Therefore I think it is nice feature to have, if we
could add this function. The Xoops administrator doesnt
need to upload the module using FTP to the server, but
they just need to upload using xoopsform the zip file.

Pretty simple and just do it with xoops without using
ftp tools to upload new/updated module.
