#215 change font - pdf maker - tooltips - search keywords

there are some very important features that need to be
in the core. i list them:

1- ability for users to decrease/increase site fonts by
simply click on the links:

2- in searching: high light search keywords in whole
site contents

3- pdf maker for all documents ( utf-8 compatible)

4- dynamic tooltips that shows X characters of the link
contents available for all links.(e.g.: news module)
