Hallo!

Adding Hacks is really difficult and has updating problems.

Is it possible to develop tiers of Hooks from the
database rather than having the need to add them into
scripts, which makes only a programmed nightmare!

Hence there should be a general way to divert index.php
that makes calls for the hooks, and if there run the hook.
