#201 Cache functions: Generate Global, by Submit or by Module

Hallo!

I have seen many performance issues due to virtual
servers and thought of making a feature request:

If the Core has the possibility to capture a submit
request and compare with the cache preferences and
generate RIGHT away a cached page that seems to be
ideal. The moment one clicks submit - a system known
function - it will immediately generate it also in the
cache folder.

Also, if there is a possibility to generate cache pages
by module or globaly, would be great. Now, the visitors
have to generate themselves and the first victim has to
wait.
