#200 Xoops CORE Configurator: Groups, SubGroups & Permission Tree

Hallo!

Currently all groups are only as principle or main groups.

It can be helpful if there are hierarchies of
permissions and groups.

Administrator would create a Sub-Admin. The Sub-admin
creates subgroups. They would then create moderators.

A big site like Xoops.org would function in this way by
sub-admins, for e.g....

Hence the concept of Groups and Subgroups...

Forgot to mention my dream features:

1. SiteGroup > Group > Subgroup > Users

2. It would be very helpful to findout by users to which
   group the belong.

3. Group duplication possibility.

4. Permission Tree by template to be applied to SiteGroup or
   Group or SubGroup or even a User.
